PRODUCTS
Curtainly Decor sells curtains, blinds, sheers, and home décor items.
We make every effort to display product colours, textures, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, actual products may vary slightly due to lighting, fabric dye lots, screen settings, and manufacturing variations.
Custom-made and made-to-measure items are produced based on the measurements and selections provided by the customer.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Full payment must be made at the time of purchase using the payment methods available on our website.
For custom-made products, once an order is confirmed and production has started, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding custom-made products).
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location and courier service.
Curtainly Decor is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or events beyond our control. Customers may be required to provide accurate delivery details to avoid failed deliveries.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for standard products, provided items are unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
Custom-made or made-to-measure items are non-refundable unless faulty or incorrect.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied by us.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected.
LIABILITY
Curtainly Decor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, installation, or misuse of our products.
Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
We recommend professional installation for all fitted products.
